NEXO, a daily diagnosis game scored on the ICD-10 tree
A daily guessing game where the answer is a diagnosis and the score comes from how far your guess sits from the real one on the ICD-10 tree — a near-miss in the same branch earns partial credit instead of nothing. That's a genuinely better scoring idea than Wordle's letter grid, and it borrows structure that already exists in the world rather than inventing a puzzle from scratch. Self-hosted on the author's own .br wiki domain, with an English edition next to the Portuguese one.
