12 puzzle - hyperbolic sliding puzzle

It's a 12-tile sliding puzzle arranged like a clock face, set on a hyperbolic plane, so the tiles bend and stretch as they slide instead of moving in a flat grid. Solving a sliding puzzle usually comes down to memorised routines, and non-Euclidean geometry breaks those, so you have to work out how the pieces actually move. The seed is dated, which suggests everyone gets the same fresh shuffle each day.
