A physics-driven 3D take on Pithu (Seven Stones), the South Asian street game where you knock down a stack of stones with a ball and rebuild it before the other side tags you out. Nobody has bothered to make a browser version of this before, and it's built in raw Three.js with no engine and no dependencies at 294 KB, so it loads instantly. Zero stars on GitHub Pages — exactly the kind of thing that never surfaces anywhere.
